An exceptional giclée print begins with a professional photo, shot in evenly feathered polarized light, with a polarized lens that captures great detail, and a large format sensor, which we provide.
We use paper made in the USA. For painting prints my favorite paper is 100% cotton, archival, acid-free, featuring a pleasing white tone and semi-smooth, 300gsm and 18 mil. For photography our two favorites are polar matte soft white, acid-free, 60lb, reflection free and polar gloss metallic 66lb, 10.4 mil metallic featuring high gloss finish and a pearlescent base stock that yields an elegant iridescence metallic effect.
